Plan ahead now, relax later! Whether you’re preparing for spring, summer, or beyond, now is the perfect time to join our waitlist. It’s the best way to stay ahead and be among the first contacted when an apartment becomes available.
Getting started is easy! Simply select any floor plan labeled “Join the Waitlist” and complete the online application. A $40 waitlist fee secures your spot, and your selected date or floor plan will not affect your place on the list. Our team will take care of the details and reach out as soon as a unit opens. At that time, you’ll just complete the remaining steps, including the application fee, administrative fee, and security deposit.
As a special thank you, all waitlist applicants receive $250 off their first full month’s rent when they move in! We’re also proud to offer a $25 discount for active military, students, and UNMC faculty or staff, along with a $250 Resident Referral Bonus for current residents who refer a friend or family member.
